Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Delivery estimates vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    • PMC Airsoft & Milsim Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  5. Damages

    • PMC Airsoft & Milsim Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

  1. Return Process

    • To return an item, please email customer service at doc@pmcairsoft.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

  2. Return Shipping Costs

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Refunds

    • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
    • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  4. Exceptions

    • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
